receipt of instructions, through to final repairs and after service. Our
current key operating area is the complete NR and IP postcode map and
within this area we are able to:
· Carry out up to 30 Claim inspection surveys per day.
· Provide an effective 2 hr emergency response time - 24 hrs.
· Using directly employed and controlled labour, carry out and complete
repairs within 10 days of authorisation.
· Provide technical 'on-site' claim consultancy. · Provide a claim validation
service complete with a detailed report.
· Each repair is supported by a detailed cost breakdown, which provides
a clear repair schedule (un-priced for Policyholders) and a complete 'post'
repair audit trail for insurers.
· Record and store digital photographs of every claim visited.
· Contact Policyholder within 30 minutes (if they're available) of receipt
of initial instruction (emergency - immediate contact).
· Arrange a 'home visit' within 48 hrs of initial receipt of instructions
or at the Policyholders complete convenience (early, late or weekend visits).
· All tradesmen wear complete company uniform and arrive on site in clean
livered vans.
· All repairs are fully guaranteed for 12 months against material and
workmanship failure.
· Understand the needs of the Policyholder, in terms of attitude, appearance,
time keeping and cleanliness.We work in somebody's home - not our 'building
site'.
· Provide full and detailed performance based MI reports.

contact from the initial receipt of any new claim instruction through
to our final repairs and after service period. For Insurers we provide
guaranteed service levels, 24 hr emergency building repairs and a continuous
